6th Annual Fine Art & Wine Festival

1.      Please send us your completed application

2.      Five photographs of categorized work

3.      NM Tax ID number

4.      A completed Alcohol & Gaming permit with check or money order payable to Alcohol & Gaming (wineries only)

5.      Your check, money order or credit card information for booth payment

6.      Security deposit ($50)

 

Your application will NOT be considered until these three items are available

Ø      Security will be provided Friday & Saturday nights from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. Each vendor should be prudent in the overnight storage of merchandise.  

Ø      Please plan on operating your booth until 4:00 p.m. on Sunday.

Ø      This is a Juried show by Committee and all items sold in booths must be handmade or by the artist in that booth. No merchandise can be in the booth if that artist is not present.  The Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to exclude any entries not meeting these requirements. The Committee will be present during the show and WILL ENFORCE these guidelines.  The Committee reserves the right to decline vendors who have violated this policy in the past.

Ø      Vendor will be solely responsible for set-up and breakdown of their booth - no assistance will be available. 

Ø      Vendor must provide all of their own display products i.e. tables, tents/EZ-Ups, chairs, extension cords

Ø      Vendor is responsible for their own accumulation of trash

Ø      Lodging:

Now is the time to make lodging reservations. Please remember that camping within town limits is not permitted by Red River Town Ordinance - Vendors are not allowed to sleep on-site at the event. If you are sleeping in a RV you must be registered at a local RV Park or campground.

Ø      Cancellation:

a.       If you cancel by June 1st, 2010, a $25 handling fee will be charged.

b.      No refunds will be issued after June 1st, 2010.
