Dear Memorial Day Vendor:
Thank you for your interest in the 26th Annual Red River Memorial Day Motorcycle Rally!
The Chamber of Commerce is the official host for this event and we have the single largest concentrated outdoor vendor venue next to Brandenburg Park in the Municipal Lot and on the street of Jacks & Sixes. The prices are the same as last year and with the increasing success of this event, we expect you to do very well.
The
Town of Red River will once again be collecting their Itinerate Vendor Fee of
$400. This means those on private property AND in our venue have to pay this
fee. This fee needs to be paid to the Town of Red River PRIOR to your arrival
to ENSURE that you are allowed to conduct business. The Town patrols this very
carefully and if you do not have your receipt posted, you will be shut down.

phone number is (505) 754-2277. The Chamber does NOT collect these fees, so
please deal with them directly.
THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE RETAINS THE RIGHT TO
PLACE THE VENDORS WITHIN THE LAYOUT.
YOU ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO HAVE THE SAME SPOT YOU HAD LAST YEAR BUT YOU CAN CALL AND WE WILL TAKE YOUR NEEDS INTO CONSIDERATION ON A
FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.
You need to send a photo of your wares to be juried by the committee that oversees Memorial Day. You must produce a copy of your New Mexico Tax ID number as well. We will cash no checks or put any credit cards through until you are accepted – so you have no risk in paying now.
Vendor set-up begins Thursday, May 22nd and continues until Noon on Friday, May 23rd. Vendors must be ready to operate by Noon on Friday. Vending times are: Friday Noon – 6:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am – 7:00 pm, Sunday 8:00 am – 7:00 pm, and Monday 8:00 am – Noon.
We take your concerns and requests from each year and try to accommodate our vendors as much as possible. The Town of Red River has passed an ordinance that now gives the Chamber of Commerce vendors four (4) overnight spaces available for RVs or camper trailers in the Municipal Parking Lot (Thursday - Sunday); the cost is $25 per night with no hook-ups, and is on a first come first served basis.
